Pre-CDS auction sightings: Stock dropped a little bit in Europe; yesterday people got nervous and also sold the bond dreck downto $1 and $0.60 (4% or 2.4% of notional value). Bonds are, well bid, offered at 2.4% / 20%; but with most trading at 12%, place your bets! my CDS results bet is 9.25% (+ / - 0.75%)
