Just what we need running around in our neighborhoods -- heavily armed, steroid pumped, cowards who are so afraid of everything that they would shoot a little dog. These guys are supposed to be willing to give their lives to protect the peace, but this guy instead disturbed the peace because he was afraid of maybe getting bit on the ankle by a miniature dog?
