Kim, Your point about the 5 year lead time for new car design is a good one. Let's imagine this future scenario: the consumer would use their everyday VRD while driving their car to view the dashboard display. The signal could be transmitted wirelessly from the car's computer to the VRD. Thus saving the automobile industry billions of dollars by eliminating the displays in the dashboard. The only problem I see is that my '79 VW will need to last another 5 years! These new lows are certainly presenting buying temptations. The only problem is that I would have to use my VISA! (PS Don't mention this to my wife!) Jan
