Doug, this "rally" from the mid-13's to 16+ has to be due to short covering. I suspect that Roger may be right about some traders being leary of Jack King and his potential "rabbit," also.
But I, for one, do not think it is very likely to happen. By the end of the week, we should learn all about (1) the Cayman folks, (2) the status of the 1 million shares of stock, and (3) what ever happened in "The Case of the Missing Contracts," (or, was that "The Case of the Missing Desk?") And, needless to say, with Collumbus Day just past, the lawyers could have been on another long weekend holiday....
FWIW, my hunch is, with the market showing all this weakness, no one will be in a very forgiving mood. Zitel's excuses will probably not find a sympathetic ear, this time.
