Management makes the decisions; like fight mileage standards, fight seat belts, fight airbags, fight cat converters, etc. Foreign management embraced all of them pre-emptively. I have the same anger for GM's mgmt as I have for Bush's 8 years. Its infuriating when there is such a high level of incompetency in such high places. It does so much damage. To think, that GM now is an also ran also pisses off what's left of my sense of nationalism.
