Not sure what you're talking about.

One way to tell if someone is a fiscal conservative is to look at the voting record. Anyone who voted for TARP or any other new spending bill is NOT a fiscal conservative, no matter what they tell you.

If you want to see who is a fiscal conservative candidate, get a list of congressmen who voted against every spending bill since TARP.
