You realize that doesnt resolve 1947-48 refugee problem or Jerusalem issue for that matter. Refugees can return to new palestine under your formulation not to Israel as it existed pre-67. As for J, that is an issue that will involve negotiation. Too simplistic to think you can go back to 67 there. I believe in shared city not divided city as existed in 67. There are ways to do it.
