<<Suggestions that the officers fabricated evidence, colluded with each other, lied under oath and misled investigators were unsupportable, he maintained.>>
David Butcher, lawyer, can "maintain" what ever he wants.
Anyone watching the Braidwood commision would conclude, without doubt of any kind,
that the four "officers"..
"fabricated evidence"
"colluded with each other' "lied under oath"
"misled investigators"
assaulted and killed Dziekanski and should be prosecuted for manslaughter.
Any group of 4, 3 or 2 trained officers confronting 1, should keep this in mind for the future. If they, in numbers, can't handle a physical confrontation with a tired, confused , unarmed man who can't speak their language...should not enter policing ...but should become kindergarten teachers instead.
