Boy I wouldn't. Calling von Brunn a democrat is like calling Hitler a pacifist. Just because someone joins a party doesn't mean he shares their values or beliefs. Von Brunn clearly does NOT share the values of the democrat party. His ideas were nurtured by the extreme right - an extreme element of the republican party.
