Exactly when is this stimulus scheduled to start working.

What does this 'stimulus' stimulate? Will homeowners see their home values recover in 6 months, a year, 5 years, 10 years.

Obama should pay us taxpayers rent on the White House----and pay escrow to assure that it is fixed up after he vacates.
