We've been waiting for the judge to set a court date since March, but he keeps finding excuses, or demanding more information, doctor's declarations.. etc, before doing so. In the 3rd week of May he told our lawyers he would set a trial date on June 2nd and that the defendants should be prepared for a 30 day window (trial by July). Is there any way your Father would be allowed to testify on a tape of some kind due to his health conditions? If he's not at home make SURE if possible the family goes there to watch his care as much as possible. It makes a huge difference on how they treat the patients. That is if you aren't doing this already. Just thought I'd let you know this as I work in a health center. They put the sickest people in with the contagious people who have things like TB or swine flu. Makes me sick but there's nothing I can do about it. I have almost lost my job for trying to fix things and can't stick my neck out anymore or I will be on the street. I find out I have cancer too and I hope to hold on to the job for my health insurance for as long as possible. Life really sucks doesn't it? JMO
