so what happened in court? Was the Mountie found guilty or hot guilty? Is it still before the courts? The Mountie was scheduled to appear in court in january 2009 I assume the newspaper was mistaken in saying it was january 2008 when the accident occurred in october 2008. OTOH a search says they are considering two charges against him.
