Yes I would guess borrow and spend is more accurate. Voting Republican or Democrat is like choosing between a black pig or a white pig. Either way you get a pig and they all feed at the same trough. I think a bigger truth whether they have an R or a D behind their name is once they win their first election from that point on they are running for the party of reelection. It's their only care.
