Awarded $4.4 Million of Orders for Communications Jamming High-Power Amplifier Systems finance.yahoo.com Tuesday June 16, 2009, 8:00 am EDT MELVILLE, N.Y., June 16, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (Nasdaq:CMTL) announced today that its New York-based subsidiary, Comtech PST Corp., received $4.4 million of orders for broadband, solid state, high-power RF microwave amplifier systems from an international OEM. The amplifier systems, which include the latest solid state switching and transistor technology, and provide for very broad frequency coverage, will be utilized as part of communications jamming systems supplied to several international end users.
