How do you explain the millions -- perhaps half -- of the so-called "uninsured" who have access to Medicaid yet refuse to go to the local Medicaid office and get their Medicaid cards?

Or the even more millions who qualify for annual physicals who refuse to get them?

The reality is a lot of people choose to avoid treatment because they don't WANT treatment.
