FWIW: ISGI makes another great fundamental announcement today adding 5 new switches which bodes well for the company's future. PaineWebber is now on the box which bodes well for the company's future. The company is projecting in excess of $100 million in revenues by calender year end 1996. Yet the stock is down and people are getting antsy.

It is obvious to me that there is a concerted effort taking place right now to drive this stock lower. In watching the box today and yesterday, we are seeing the "players" from the short consortum leaning on the stock. Coincidentily we are seeing posts here, and on other forums I'm sure, drumming up negative sentiments especially surrounding dilution. I'm always up for discussing the facts and dilution is one that needs to be discussed.

Worst case scenario the company is only authorized for 100 million shares. Lets use that figure knowing that there is much less than 100 million outstanding FULLY diluted. Whatever Convertible Preferred conversion scare tactic is used the company CANNOT issue more than the shares that they are authorized to issue upon conversion. ISGI is authorized for 100 million shares. So using this 100 million figure, ISGI is trading at less than 1X this years revenue at CURRENT PRICES and would only be trading at 1X at $1.00 per share IF they had 100 million shares out! Telecommunication companies that OWN 10 switches and are going to do in excess of $100 million in revenues and be profitable WILL NOT trade at less than 1X revenues FOR LONG. These are the FACTS and this is why I own this particular stock. Has anyone thought that this might be the reason the PaineWebbers of the world, the Wheat Firsts, the JC Bradfords, are interested in TWT? There is more to a company than where it stock trades on a any given day. This stock is in the control of the scumbags of Wall St right now that want you to sell them every share that you will give them. If emotions get in your way you will probably play right into there hands. But I encourage everyone to concentrate on the facts because IN TIME this stock will trade to its fair value which IMO is much higher than current prices.

What it really comes down to is do you believe ISGI/TWT when they say they will do in excess of $100 million. If you do this stock is on sale. If you don't, get out. I do not care what anyone does with this stock. I care what I do and share information as I see it. I have no agenda other than sharing information. I am long ISGI and I would like it to trade higher. I believe it will IN TIME. If you have no PATIENCE sell. To me this company is making tremendous fundamental progress. I look at Ex-Sprint VP Arnold Salinas and his background and believe him when he says that TWT will do $100mill+. Look at what he has done since he has been on board. The proof is in the pudding!

In regards to me being an employee of VistaQuest that is ridiculous. I have a friend who speaks with them but I have nothing to do with them nor want anything to do with them. IMO they have done NOTHING for the company as well as, Dirks and the Wall St Group. Its time for ISGI to stop paying these types of charlatans that do NOTHING. PERFORMANCE is what counts. REVENUE & EARNINGS are what counts. Build it and they will come people. My opinion is that the construction is well underway. Good luck to everyone in whatever they decide in regards to ISGI!!
