Plenty of other restrictions - having sex with some who uses a a needle, using a needle for drugs yourself, been paid for sex with money or drugs, been to this or that country, etc.

Re you not knowing the above, its a bit of illustration of something Arthur Brooks said:

"If liberals and moderates gave blood at the same rate as conservatives, the blood supply of the United States would jump about 45 percent."

But you can change this. Start donating blood regularly.

Schools have responsibility to not endanger kids unduly, to encourage unhealthy things.
