This prepackaged GM bankruptcy filing is a wishful thinking. What is not known by the Treasury is the value of GM assets, especially on fire sale. All the written off assets that are still in safe keeping. 30percent ownership of Toyota, some years ago back in the 1970s never sold? Nobody knows anymore?
