I was running through the channels on the radio on the way home and stopped on NPR questioning some administration mouthpiece talking about the healthcare reform plan. The interviewer very sensibly asked how the plan would deal with the uninsured who studies have shown won't buy health insurance even when its only $50 per month.

The response? Force them through payroll deduction to have health insurance. The guy assures us that there will be lots of "options" for people to pick their coerced health insurance. Small favor.

They have the audacity then to say that this will make health care cheaper.
