Michael and All This article is in the current edition of VAR Business. The results from a recent survey isn't exactly the type of press Borland needs these days. Borland has Strong Products But Weak Support techweb.cmp.com Does anyone deal with Borlands support group. Do you think this represents their Support Organization accurately?
