Knighty, i go to vegas and the market crack i have been looking for *finally* occurs behind my back.

*unbelievable*.

this has been on low volume, though. that means one of two things.

1. we get a solid bounce back up to higher levels
2. when the volume trades hit, we go much lower *fast*.

walking is *great* exercise for burning fat, however, walking often can't undue the effects of a "fat trap" diet in people.

those genetically sensitive to carbohydrates (hint, most of us!) will get an insulin boost from too many carbs or total calories and constant elevated insulin literally locks down fat storage and drives blood glucose into fat cells.

i'm up to about 165 lbs now (up from 155.5 lbs, all lean muscle gain) and i'm about 3 months away from retesting my 170 lbs 8-6-4 bench - and my shoulder feels a lot better this time.

i haven't missed work due to a cold in over 2 1/4 years - almost 3x my previous longest streak in my life. and counting.

i'm targeting 170 lbs by year end and benching 185 lbs 8-6-4.

once i do that, i'm focusing on bringing my 400m dash down under 68 seconds, preferably in the 65 second range.

i'm already envisioning my 45 minute sprint workouts.
