Why should they? They are adept at crafting their own reality. In that "reality", all of those things are the fault of Carter, Clinton or the powerless Democrats during the Bush administration. And to top it all off, things would have been much, much worse if Gore or Kerry had won. Exactly how, they can't really describe, but... With their 8 year track record I would just shut up. Crawl into a hole. What a mess they made.
