Unless they're fake, I think it's probably Japan trying to move a good chunk of the the country's wealth out of dollars, in a way that wouldn't depress the value of the dollars. Or, maybe they were BUYING something. But what?

I can't help but think China. Whatever, it's spooky. If real, it's mind boggling. That mount of money, in suitcases??? Has to be something HUGE....
