The argument is that there is no argument. FTD's are the result of deliberate disconnect with prevailing laws governing stock issuance....no ifs ands or buts.

All floats are relative constants....allowing for all these big super computers to learn to do simple math, columnar math, where addition and subtraction against a known value replaces the current math of obfuscating everything in the name of control over markets.

We have no market prices specifically because the control systems including the agencies of the government are structured into the deal with plausible deny ability as prevailing underlying goal structure.

problem is....when root analysis is undertaken....the cover that was supposed to provide, the pda is found to be inadequately structured, self referencing too the roles of the parties, in opposition to the publicly stated goals of the parties...social contracts

Systems people are never doing what they say they are.

RO/RS=CF was during the Madoff Testimony, made clear, by the enumeration of SEC goals by its appointed mouthpiece.

embarrassing really, that even once busted the obfuscation mission resumes full speed ahead, its crash avoidance control systems casting out non sequitors every where, which keeps the obvious out of the news......

reread paragraphs 1 and 2 above.
