In simple English, if you make the system so "unsimple," so obtuse, with so many instruments and unregulated pools of money operating around the world, it's pretty much impossible to stop manipulation of the organized coordinated conspirators.

The easy manipulation seems to escape and the manipulative shorters have found the "short wave" that escapes regulators detection.

And when they try, watch the manipulators whine that they don't want their scam regulated, because the focus should be on other scams.
