Here they have 6 months or so to push through a SPAC proposal to overbuild an overbuilt area. The Panthers are a minor pawn here IMO.

Just getting the deal inked will be a tremendous undertaking. And then comes the hard part dealing with the SPAC arb boys.

Don't think any of the commentators have the slightest idea of what's involved.

The politicians would have to get the arb holders bought out one way or another.

I think they would have to work out some deal so complicated nobody could understand it. Then in a roundabout way public money would have to be used.

Perhaps some bad publicity aimed at the arb holders could be used for leverage.

And all the principals would have to make concessions

But there is so little time left.

Maybe at 5 cents who knows maybe the warrants might be an interesting roll of the dice
