None. We had this talk before and I know you want waterfront. Down there I rather not, summertime too many zanzare and other creeps. The Roman knew better, when withdrawing to the mountains in the summertime to escape the damp heat and malaria (these days just the zanzare without the malaria, but bad enough).

For above reasons pools are in fashion these days. So far we haven't planned for one, but who knows. My younger son prefers an outdoor yacuzzi with space for the drinks at the edge.
