Why isn't anyone talking about the latest circuit breaker -- trading with an account at Charles Schwab. It is impossible to make a trade via their web trading system and the phones -- forget it. I have had a cooling off period (during market hours) which included all of Monday through the present (10:30AM PST). Schwab representatives are quoted in the media saying everything is working smoothly. What a bunch of bull. Does anyone on this thread know of a brokerage that has a reliable web based system for the average person to execute trades?
