Just for perspective...on the steps of the county courthouse here is a monument sponsored by the daughters of the confederacy, complete with a confederate jack, to honor Nathan Bedford Forrest...the first wizard of the KKK and a lieutenant general in the confederate army...amazing this day and age. Hell, why is that amazing? The Democrats actually have MEMBERS OF CONGRESS who are former KKK members.
