Pat, I don't think I missed any point. You accused me of spreading rumors and when I told you the source and gave you specifics and asked you questions, you don't reply but go on a tangent.

There is hell of a lot more to doing research than listening to the PR of company executives who leak BS and then follow it up with hot-air press releases.

Kim Maxwell's comments on where the committee stands is nothing new. We knew they felt that way for a couple of months now. (Read back Dr. Hank Zannini's posts). The direction the vendors and trials are taking is telling us an entirely different story. If Carlini thinks CAP isn't winning this first round, well, he should think again.

Nortel holds the patents to DMT for their own use, they never had any products. Now they have decided to implement CAP (at least ahead of DMT). Do you consider this to be good news for DMT?

New licensees shows the direction these companies are moving in, unless you think they go and pay for licenses for the fun of it.

I asked you to post Amati's opinion on CAP vs DMT because I seriously doubt they would publicly state that DMT is winning this phase. If that's what they really think they are going to have a rude awakening.
