The problem is the government is in worse financial shape than the average tax payer. The government is also increasing debt with wasteful "stimulus". This takes money away from the public where it could be used more efficiently. Obama needs to figure out how to get small business stimulated. The only way out of this is by increasing employment and this administration is as clueless as the last one. Over expansion of residential and commercial real estate plus a financial industry playing with smoke and mirrors are not good jobs for long term growth.
