How so? Jefferson maintained his slaves for his entire life, and in fact, when he finally did divest himself, he did so by SELLING the slaves, not by freeing them.

Here's a weekend project for you since you have nothing to do. Set your camera to put the date/time on your photos then go out and take a picture of every confederate flag you see, then come back here and post them. Since they're everywhere, you should be able to find 10, 20, or more over the course of a weekend.
