Sounds like a FAN to me. The old people that get it like it. Most objective observers think it pays WAY more than it should for the prescriptions, and is a ridiculous giveaway of taxpayer funds to Big Pharma. It should have followed our military model, and negotiated mass drug purchases, like every national health program does elsewhere.
