But only the dimwitted would loudly back the protesters right now. The mullahs are looking for a reason to go Tianamen Square on them. Obama, or any ranking US official backing them would give the needed excuse. But, too many on the Right aren't bright enough to see that. Which, given what happened to the country during the Bush administration, isn't a huge surprise...
