I believe I clearly stated in this thread at the time that everyone was overreacting to the situation. Including Bush. Bull shit. Link. It was hard to tell, because when you have the politicians in a state of panic, you think, "Hell, they must know something we don't." They were not politicians, they were head of Treasury and the Federal Reserve. The two key US financial folks were calling for Armaggedon. Who the fuk are YOU to tell me they were wrong?
