Thanks for this information. I will look into it. The initial problem with a disc herniation is inflammation caused by irritation from disc fluid leaking out. Keeping inflammation down helps me feel better. I've been taking ibuprofen 2x a day and would like to get that down to 1x a day by end of summer. Diet could probably help, although I already have a pretty good diet. Still... I'm sure there's room for improvement, so I'll read up and see.
