Great thread.
I do have a newbie question however.I understand that RS=relative strength, but I am confused----- relative to what?
1. stock (A) starts at 10, drops to 8 1/2 and then back to 10 1/2.
2. stock(B) starts at 10 and goes to 10 3/4.
Which has the higher RS and why?
Thanks, and I appreciate the efforts of all concerned.
Steve.
