You always come back to Britain and Canada. Probably because those are the only places it occurs.

Prove it. I know for a fact that in New Zealand you make an appointment and can see a doctor the same day. Just to take one example.

Prove it. For example, Japan has a lot more imaging equipment per capita than we do.
