What I have are a bunch of garbled fax pages you SAY is a copy of the Second Quarter 10Q. Until it is posted on EDGAR it is has not been FILED with the SEC. Don't act as if you don't know that. When it is, then I can compare what I have with what's filed. Once again you are playing fast and loose with SEC law. It is XECOM's responsibility and duty to file. So don't try to blame someone else for that failure. When all stockholders have access to it and read it, then everyone can make up their own minds as to what has or has not been told to them--at least to the extent they can believe what's in it. Oh, your going to file the Third Quarter 10Q in November? No extension of time to file? That will be a novel experience. XECOM has never filed an SEC report on time before.
