Fredrico, pick one 1. dilution due to the conversion with fiancing. 2. dilution due to the potential conversion with Pref. 3. possible shorting ref. 1.&2. which,if you can prove it,in respect to the financing is completely illegal. 4. lack of sponsership 5. ZERO public relations 6 .early tax selling 7.a general feeling of malaise. I however, feel confident despite these "possible" factors, that the stock is a buy. Phil
