At the AGM last friday Management advised those in attendance that CSG had a minimum of three suitors who have examined the books and properties and operations. Mgmt expects that one or more will make a proposal for sale/merger. mgmt stated that only offers which take into consideration csg`s potential will be looked at. Offers expected within next 3 weeks. I suggest that anyone interested should read the posts on SH posted in last 48 hours. Cheers Skelly
