You have to realize that they spend a lot of effort to make sure they say the "right" things. So they are used to coordinating their thinking through Rush et al and assume that everyone else does the same.

For them, its got to be black or white......you either agree with everything or you don't.......its not possible that you can be allied with someone who only agrees with most of what you believe.
