Snowy, that can't be China. TJ and the China government say that everyone in China is a clone and that they all think the same. They don't look like clones, so, ipso facto, it's not China. As you suggest, when 1.3 billion people decide that they have had enough, Hu Jintao and his "shoot them in the back" thugs will not be looking so neat and tidy. When "the people" don't feel that they are part of the country, but are mere serfs, they have as much loyalty to the government as Saddam's troops showed as soon as they had a half-decent chance to surrender to the USA/UN invasion. Mussolini's troops were very keen to surrender to the British/NZ/Oz troops at the slightest opportunity. It was very easy to guard the Italian prisoners, who would helpfully carry the rifles of their captors. One guard could guard hundreds of Italian prisoners. German prisoners were nowhere near as simple and were quite dangerous. There are billions of people around the world, and swarms of them in over-crowded Islamic Jihad states and other non-democratic totalitarian places. It's quite a pressure cooker. While Americans might not like having to downgrade from an SUV and a $1 million McMansion, it's not as tough as actually going hungry when the Body Mass Index is tending to skinny. Mqurice
