US economy is growing in healthcare policy by congressional studies. Drug stores now offer walk in clinic for a small fee. which is affordable for people without expensive healthcare HMO or insurance.

The medical practice is in two parts general practitioner and surgical(expensive). Emergency room is staffed with only one doctor. Drug store walk in clinic also have one doctor, a general practitioner.

What is needed is a medical handbook in each walk in clinic to educate the public of common discomfort and deceases.

Eventually, many surgical practices by resident surgeon in the hospital will cost less, to make healthcare affordable. Body parts replacement and rejection is a serious problem to be able to live longer.

New healthcare system is now being studied using brainwave rejuvenation to cure old age deceases, not by medicines(costly). The powerline system costed congress $46 billion in 1972. The cost of this healthcare system has since diminished to less than $1 billion per years in 2007. System expenses were raised from 104 governments in 1994, and still well funded today.
