Izard Nobel Announces Settlement of Home Solutions of America Securities Litigation
On April 10, 2009, the United States District Court for the Northern DIstrict of Texas preliminarily approved a $5.1 million settlement of claims brought on behalf of investors who purchased the common stock of Home Solutions of America between May 10, 2007 and February 15, 2008. A final aproval hearing is scheduled for June 15, 2009.

In order to participate in the distribution of the settlement, you must send a completed and signed Proof of Claim Form to the Claims Administrator's Office, post-marked no later than September 8, 2009, to the following address:
