Hey, its a free country. Plenty of people (myself included) don't understand what would be gained by the President howling at the mullahs right now instead of using a more reasoned approach. Would pounding his fist help the people in the streets? Would it further galvanize international comdenation? It would give the mullahs the quotes they want to further claim international involvement. So, what would be gained in Iran right now if he had started pounding the lecturn last week?
