Paul, <<The Texas fab delay sort of ties in the the new Dec fab "purchase">> I too had supected this when the fab delay is out. While the settlement was in process, one of the industry analyst says this Mass. fab will save Intel 50% money than building a new fab of its size. I have no source of the Mass. fab capacity. Do you think this figure is too optimistic ? 50 % is 650 million (1.3 Billion /2). What a great deal. Your comment is appreciated. -Henry
