Words are a big deal. As previously pointed out, Reagan's words brought down the Berlin Wall.

Apparently, Obama has missed his chance.

And at the same time NK is toying with him, and he doesn't have the guts to step up to that challenge, either.

He is weak. Weaker than Carter, IMO.
