Greg, regarding realtime quotes from Fidelity--are you calling the automated line, 1 800 544-5555? Those quotes are not actually real time but very close, maybe 2 or 3 minutes delayed. I have had little trouble getting through to the automated line today. Getting through to a Fidelity broker however has been a different story, although I just did get through, so things are easing up a bit.
