Thanks for helping me out on this.

The most important thing I know about capital gains is that one should never let the tax tail wag the investment dog. Buying and selling should be done because it is the right thing to do at the time. Of course we know conditions change and I applaud anyone who can U-turn and knee-jerk faster than myself.
